Sikandar Advance Booking: Breaking Records Before Release

Salman Khan’s upcoming film Sikandar is all set to create a storm this Eid. The excitement is already visible through its advance booking numbers. The movie is scheduled to release in theaters on March 30, 2025, but the advance booking, which started on the evening of March 29, has shown impressive results.

On the BookMyShow platform, over 10,000 tickets are being sold every hour. The demand for the film is extraordinary, setting the stage for a massive box-office opening.

Huge Number of Shows and Screens

On the first day, Sikandar will be screened in over 22,000 shows across India. The film has received more than 5,500 screens domestically.

The craze is not just limited to India. Overseas, the movie has secured over 3,500 screens. It will be released in 115 countries across 2,000 locations, making it one of Salman Khan’s biggest international releases.

Advance Booking Collection

As of March 29 evening, Sikandar has already earned ₹8.72 crore through advance bookings. By 11 PM, more than 3 lakh tickets had been sold, and the number of shows had crossed 20,000. By morning, the show count is expected to reach 22,000.

  • Delhi NCR – Over ₹1.5 crore collected with more than 2,000 shows.
  • Mumbai – The film has earned ₹1 crore with over 15,000 shows.
  • BengaluruSikandar has 446 shows, out of which 22 are already sold out.
  • Chennai – The film has received 157 shows, with 31 already in fast-filling mode.

More Growth Expected

The advance booking numbers are expected to increase even further until March 30, leading to a grand opening for Sikandar. With such massive demand, the film is likely to break multiple records at the box office.
