Even after the first four months of the year have passed, no Bollywood has been able to create the magic like ‘Pathan’ and ‘Jawaan’ last year. Last year, four Bollywood films ‘Pathan’, ‘Gadar 2’, ‘Jawaan’ and ‘Animal’ had earned more than Rs 500 crore at the domestic box office. Of course, this has created an atmosphere of disappointment among the film people. At the same time, cinemagoers are also upset due to no announcement of the release of any big Bollywood film in the coming months. There is an atmosphere of worry in the film world as the release of any big Bollywood film has not been announced not only during the summer season but even before Diwali. In such a situation, now everyone is saying that this year the box office will be dependent only on the big budget films of the South which are being released dubbed in Hindi.

Big films like Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Fighter’ on Republic Day, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’ and Ajay Devgan’s ‘Maidan’ on Eid did not perform well. Due to this, Bollywood people are currently in a wait and watch position regarding the release of big films. This is the reason why Ajay Devgan’s ‘Singham Again’ has been postponed on Independence Day. Earlier there was a discussion that this film will now be released on Diwali, but there is also a discussion that due to the shooting not being completed, this film will now be released only next year. Of course, the discussion about going ahead with the release of ‘Singham Again’ had started on the same day, while Allu Arjun’s film ‘Pushpa 2’ was announced on Independence Day.
