Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 Gets a Confirmed Release Date!

Ajay Devgn’s much-awaited film Raid 2 has finally got a confirmed release date. The movie was completed a long time ago, but its release date kept getting postponed for various reasons. Now, the wait is over, and Ajay Devgn is all set to “raid” the box office once again!

Ajay Devgn Announces Raid 2 on Instagram

Ajay Devgn recently shared a post on Instagram, revealing the official poster of Raid 2. Along with the poster, he wrote:

“Naya Shehar. Nayi File. Aur Amay Patnaik ki Ek Nayi Raid.”

This confirms that the film will hit cinemas on May 1, 2025. Unlike before, there will be no changes to this release date.

Star Cast of Raid 2

Raid 2 is directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, and Ajay Devgn will reprise his role as Amay Patnaik, an income tax officer. The movie also features:

• Vaani Kapoor
• Riteish Deshmukh (playing the villain)
• Rajat Kapoor

Shooting Locations & Plot Details

The shooting for Raid 2 began in January 2024. Several scenes were filmed in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Just like the first part, Ajay Devgn’s character will be seen conducting intense income tax raids.

Fans are excited to see Riteish Deshmukh in a negative role again, just like he played in Ek Villain.
