That break finally came when Anurag Kashyap cast him in a leading role in “Gangs of Wasseypur.” The film became a turning point in his career. From there, Nawazuddin went on to impress audiences with his performances in movies like “Manjhi: The Mountain Man,” “Bajrangi Bhaijaan,” “Badlapur,” and “Munna Michael.”
