Prime Video has officially released the full trailer for its upcoming mystery thriller series, We Were Liars. The show is based on the best-selling novel by E. Lockhart and is set to premiere on June 18, 2025, on Prime Video. All eight episodes will be available to stream on the same day in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.


What Is “We Were Liars” About?

We Were Liars tells the story of Cadence Sinclair Eastman, a teenager from the powerful Sinclair family. The Sinclairs are known for their wealth, charm, and close family ties. Every summer, the family gathers at their private island in New England, where Cadence spends time with her closest friends, known as “The Liars.”
