Upward Trend on Day 20

On the third Wednesday, Chhaava faced a slight dip in collections. This was mainly because many Indians were focused on watching the India vs Australia Champions Trophy 2025 semifinal on TV. However, fans quickly returned to theaters to see the historical action film.

The official box office figures are now out. On Day 20, Chhaava earned 6.19 crores, showing a 15% growth compared to the previous day. This brings the film’s total earnings to 490.89 crores in just 20 days.

Highest Week 3 Earnings in Bollywood

Chhaava has earned 79.43 crores in its third week so far. With one day left, it has already broken records, becoming the highest-grossing Bollywood film in its third week.

Here are the top 5 highest Week 3 collections in Bollywood:

  1. Chhaava: 79.43 crores (6 days)
  2. Stree 2: 72.83 crores
  3. Gadar 2: 63.35 crores
  4. Jawan: 55.93 crores
  5. Animal: 53.63 crores

As seen above, Chhaava has outperformed Jawan by almost 42%. The film is expected to end its third week with around 85 crores in collections.

Maddock Films Making History

Meanwhile, Maddock Films is on the verge of making history. The production house is set to be the first in Bollywood to have two films earning over 500 crores. Their previous success, Stree 2, has already earned 627.50 crores, making it the second-highest-grossing Bollywood film.

With Chhaava heading toward the 500 crore mark, Maddock Films is now poised to make a historic achievement in the industry.
