On Sunday, Ranveer posted a video titled “Let’s Talk”, where he spoke about his break and the lessons he learned. He assured his followers that his popular podcast, The Ranveer Show, will return soon.
“There was a forced break, which gave me time to embrace stillness. I realized that many Indians see me as family. To all of them, I say sorry,” he said in the video.
Ranveer also shared that he is now entering a “new phase” in his content journey. He requested his fans to support him as he moves forward.

“After this full stop, I am trying to write a new story. I hope you will all support me and my team in this journey,” he added.
The Controversy That Led to His Break
Ranveer faced backlash last month after making a controversial statement about parents and sex on comedian Samay Raina’s show, India’s Got Latent.
Despite issuing an apology, the controversy continued to grow. Several police complaints were filed against him, and the issue even reached the Supreme Court. The court granted him interim protection from arrest but called his comments “vulgar”.

Ranveer revealed that his podcast will continue with four episodes per week. He promised that the quality of content will improve and that he will focus on responsible storytelling.
“In this new phase of TRS, I just have one request—please give me another chance,” he said.
